In the city center, close to everything, the people are so nice and helpful! Highly recommend chatting with them about routes and local rules. Such a kind and welcoming group. We were stranded with our luggage cause our bus didn’t show up. We were able to store our luggage here but Ciro was SUPER kind and helpful to give us some tips and store for us. Everyone else was extremely rude and not willing to help. Young blood seems the best option when renting a scooter in Nápoles, these guys are well organised and professional, we rented a scooter for 4 days at the same day after another shop did scam us
and left us without a scooter even though we booked it 2 weeks before our trip, the old mafia man said good luck and did not respond us after. The rent a scooter Napoli were another world, very attentive with the whole process, explained all important things to know before our trip with the scooter, that was very helpful. No surprises no extra fees, very clear from start to end. the scooter had all the extra items we needed, box and phone holder, new tires, and good brakes.

Be aware that Nápoles it is not an easy city to ride around so be careful and pay attention at all times of the other cars and motorbikes and also very important to look for the hundred thousand potholes on the streets, avoid them at all cost and everything will be fine. Ride safe💪

I rented a scooter from them for 3 days .They were very helpful from the beginning with the reservation. When I picked up the scooter the guy explained to me everything about how the scooter works .Also explained to me to be very careful with the parking and where to park since I was going to stay in amalfi. He gave a brief walkthrough about driving in Napoli and about the road rules and regulations. So that you'll not make any mistakes and get parking tickets. My wife and I rented a scooter for four days, we traveled from Naples to Amalfi. Of course, we visited countless places, the trip along the Amalfi coast was amazing (recommended to visit 😉 ) . I am a driver with many years of experience, but I drove a scooter for the second time (the first was in Portugal). I can boldly say that there could not be a better choice than a scooter. Don't even think about a car if you want to save time and nerves 🙂 Well, the company we chose for scooter rental deserves the highest ratings. The owner spent 20-30 minutes waking me through a tour, parking, things to look out for etc. 10/10 helpful. Did a 7-8 hour day driving down to the Amalfi coast and circling back through Portofino. I’m an American with a motorcycle license. He said to be extra safe, I could get an international drivers license online for a $30 or so. I opted not to, took the risk of either getting a chill cop or not getting pulled over. Never got stopped. This day was a highlight of my Italy.

We came spontaneously without booking in advance to rent a scooter to go to Pompei. We booked a Vespa in advance and received it. The whole experience with this company was really good! They were very nice and answered questions on whats app even before I reserved the Vespa. They were reachable all the time and were happy to answer our questions. They explained the main rules and places to avoid.
We rented the Vespa for 48h and drove around Naples, Vesuvius, Sorento and Positano. Highly recommend!!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Rent a Scooter Naples! Not only were the scooters great, but the customer service was also truly outstanding. We faced a huge inconvenience — completely our own fault and not scooter related — but we didn't know who else to contact and the team at Rent a Scooter Naples went above and beyond to help us out.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Highly recommend a scooter rental from here. Me and my wife wanted an authentic Italian experience for our trip to the Amalfi coast and got ourselves a Vespa. We rented on the website with outstanding customer support post-booking. I loved that we had the option to pick it up at the airport and just drive out straight out of the arrivals terminal. The staff was amazing and upon pickup you get very useful information on specific Italian road rules.
I would highly recommend prior experience in driving a scooter, and a lot of attention in tackling the Naples traffic.
Overall GREAT experience.
TLDR: great company, great scooter. Only way to see all that the Amalfi Coast has to offer.

So listen people, we rented a scooter totally spontaneously, great condition, very nice service, no bored people who seem to want to rip you off, very competent in what they do, we were able to hand the scooter over at the airport for a small surcharge of €18 which was totally fair because they picked up the scooter from there themselves. Great explanation, thank you again and again, it's better to pay €10 more and get a scooter from your colleagues.

Rent a Vespa here for a day. Had an amazing trip to Pompeii and Sorrento. Unfortunately we had a small accident which led to some damage to the Vespa. We contacted them on Whatsapp about it and they were very friendly with it. The next day, when we dropped the Vespa off, they were very cooperative and they were transparant with the costs it would take them.
We would definitely recommend everyone to rent a scooter here!

Great place to rent a scooter! Very knowledgeable staff that helped with directions and destinations and giving us tips to help avoid delays or misdirection! We took the scooter on the autostrada and then over the pass to the Amalfi coast. Highly recommend renting from here. The shop is only 13 min walk from the cruise port.

Matteo and I stayed at Gilberto's in February, found it by chance on maps. We were surprised and overwhelmed by his passion for his city, in addition to simply renting the motorbike he helped us with important advice on traffic!

I recommend renting a car here to all travelers coming to Naples. When renting a car as a guest, the most important things to consider are performance and cleanliness, and Gilberto's store perfectly meets these two conditions.

In terms of performance, I rented a 125 motorcycle, which can handle various large and small slopes and even mountain roads in Italy. For a Taiwanese who is used to riding motorcycles, it very much meets my needs.

In terms of cleanliness, the motorcycle provided by Gilberto is very clean, especially the safety helmet. It has no odor and is very clean, just like new. Of course, there is also a disposable hood included, which can isolate direct contact with the helmet.

In terms of performance, I rented a 125cc scooter which handled various Italian slopes and even mountain roads with ease. As a Taiwanese accustomed to riding scooters, it perfectly met my needs.

Regarding cleanliness, the scooter provided by Gilberto was immaculate, especially the helmet, which had no odor and was exceptionally clean, almost like new. Additionally, disposable head covers were provided to prevent direct contact with the helmet, ensuring hygiene and safety.

Finally, I want to express my gratitude for Gilberto's excellent service. He carefully introduced the scooter and explained the safety signals to be aware of on the roads, all while being extremely friendly to customers. This Scooter rental was the best place where I can get for sure.
Gilbert was always very nice and helpful all the time, for all the paperwork and the mandatory information that we as foreign need to know.
He also speaks english. It was a very good price the scooter we rented to go to Sorento and Positano. Also gave a few advices about driving and fine tickets to avoid.

If you want an easygoing super friendly and English-speaking service - this is a heaven for you! It is very secluded, so better to give a call, cause the building it is located in is not allowed to have any signs, so no way you can find it that easy. Gilberto - the most professional, welcoming and a very nice and friendly person, gave us a fresh scooter, new helmets, instructions on how to ride and told us about the best spots to go! The place is a part of a hostel, if you are a group or do not mind to have extra beds in your room - can be a very great idea! If we had a chance to give more stars - we would! Grazie milie 💖

Gilberto is very friendly and helpfull, if you want to know soms good places to go, he can tell you everything. Also paperwork was quick and easy and scooter was clean and worked well. It is located with a nice hostel with a cozy garden as well.

Glad to have found this place. Scooter was like new, paperwork quick, and price more than reasonable. Mobile phone holder is a big plus.

Guys, don't waste your money on the bake-sharing apps when in Naples and certainly not on taxi cabs. This small (electric) scooter rental is all you can wish for to move around the city during non-rainy days. Paperwork took about 5 minutes, the guys renting it spoke perfect English, showed how to operate the scooter, and even offered assistance in case something happened.

The scooter is fast enough (up to 70 km/h) and the battery gave us about 70 km of travel distance on full charge. The owner made sure we're ok two times while we were away, and his approach overall was something that made our entire trip to Italy a bit better.

We called beforehand, but the guys renting the scooter said they're there from 8am until night (scooter had to be back until 9pm). Just make sure you're getting a fully charged scooter or that you have a place where to charge it (it goes in a standard 220V socket and has its own, maybe two meters long cable under the seat).
